TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Reservation and payment

– To confirm the reservation, a payment of 30% of the total must be made as a deposit.

– The remaining payment must be made no later than 7 days before entry.

2. Cancellation policy

– Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: full refund of the deposit.

– Cancellations with less than 30 days: the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Deposit

– A deposit of €300 may be required, refundable within a maximum period of 48 hours after departure, if there are no damages.

4. House rules

– Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.

– Maximum capacity: 13 people.

– Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

– Smoking is not allowed inside.

– Pets: please consult beforehand.

5. Check-in and check-out times

– Entry: from 4:00 p.m.

– Departure: before 11:00 a.m.

(Flexible hours depending on availability)

6. Responsibility

– Guests are responsible for any damage.

– L'Ametller is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Causes of force majeure

– In case of serious unforeseen circumstances (such as natural phenomena), a change of dates or refund will be offered.

8. Acceptance

Making a reservation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
