Conditions

PAYMENT

• At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid by bank transfer or Bizum. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of check-in.

• You will also have to pay the tourist tax, which is €1 per person per night.

• A deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. This will be returned at the end of the stay, within a maximum period of 48 hours, after reviewing the condition of the property.

CANCELLATION

• You can cancel your reservation and get a full refund of the amount paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this time, no refund will be made, unless the cancellation is due to force majeure.

• Check-in from 5:00 p.m. Check-out until 12:00 p.m. Negotiable with the owner.

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

• Parties and music are not allowed.

• To ensure a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors, guests are asked to avoid playing music or making noise on the terrace or garden that may disturb the neighbors. It is strictly forbidden to do so at night. Any breach of this rule will result in the eviction of the house without the right to a refund.
